We ordered four collector's items that we found on MugHunter and nowhere else on the Internet. They were shipped promptly, but after reaching my city, UPS lost the package. I contacted Jeff, and he opened a UPS investigation. After months of nothing from UPS, Jeff made it right by sending us another set of the exact same mugs, which was more than we even expected. They were thoroughly padded in the package, so they all arrived intact. We definitely trust and would recommend this company.
